Dr. Hillman's seminar was a real meaningful life changing blessing for me. I learned how I can be more effective as a leader not only in how I talk but also in how I walk. My posture was and still is a challenge for me. As a Pastor sometimes we like to look humble by not always standing erect. If I can accomplish walking erect, I learned that I can possibly live longer and healthier!! Not only that but I learned that it will actually teach me how to fight off all the negatives that we all confront in life. Walking erect in public commands attention and respect from others because they feel the positive energy that one gives off just by walking erect!
